OCTOBER is a MONTH OF AWARENESS, SUPPORT & REMEMBRANCE
Domestic Violence Awareness Month is a time to bring awareness to the impact of domestic violence and stand in support of those affected. On Sunday October 18th, we invite everyone to wear purple as we bring awareness to domestic violence and show our support for survivors and those whose lives have been impacted. A table will be located in the Chapel with informational resources, infographics, and helpful resources for those seeking support or wanting to learn more.
October is also Breast Cancer Awareness month. As we continue to honor and acknowledge those whose lives have been impacted by breast cancer, we invite you to join us in continuing our CV Quilt of Hope which serves as a lasting symbol of love, hope, remembrance, and support. Squares will be available for those who were unable to participate previously.
Use your square to honor a survivor, remember a loved one, celebrate someone currently battling breast cancer, or show your support for those affected by this disease.
Together, we stand in faith, love, and support.
