We are Going Red for American Health Health Month

Your heart matters—and on February 15th, our entire church is showing it.

The Chosen Vessels Women's Ministry is excited to present “We Are Going Red” in honor of American Heart Health Month. This is more than wearing a color—it’s about awareness, action, and caring for the heart God gave us.

We’re encouraging everyone to complete the Heart Health Check-In recommended by the American Heart Association—a simple but powerful way to know your numbers, review your habits, and take an intentional step toward better health. As part of this awareness, Sister Care also encourages everyone to take this opportunity to check in with their medical provider. Staying informed about your heart health is an act of wisdom and stewardship, and caring for your body honors the God who cares about every part of you—helping us make thoughtful, prayerful choices.
