When and how do I register?
Persons can register at the Women’s Retreat Table, On-line by clicking on the Women’s Retreat graphic on the NSBC Website www.newsamaritan.org or by scanning the QR code.
How much is the cost of Registration?
The retreat cost is $350 per person
What does my registration include?
Registration includes the following:

What are the hotel rates and how do I make my reservations?
The hotel rates are $143 per night plus the applied state tax (6%) and room tax (7%) for a single or
double bed.
Attendees can call in directly to the hotel to make their reservations by dialing 410-465-1500 or
1-888-833-8873 or hotel reservations can be made online at www.turfvalley.com/reservations using Group
Code: 28H17D to receive the discounted group rate.
To ensure room availability and quoted rates, all reservations must be made no later than the hotel Cut-
Off Date of Thursday, October 3, 2024.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included. Attendees can drive or carpool to the venue. Parking is free.
Can I pay my registration in installments?
Yes. There will be a payment plan available. Payments can be made via Women’s Retreat Registration table; Giving Envelope by indicating ‘Women’s Retreat’; and on-line through E-giving on the NSBC website – www.newsamaritan.org.
Note: Automatic Payments can be set up online by selecting the ‘Pay for this in Installments’ check box. With automatic payments the system will calculate and keep record of your remaining balance.
Can I bring my Daughter?
Can my friends attend the retreat if they are not a member of NSBC or retreat partnering churches?
Absolutely! We would love to have them join us for the retreat.
What do I do if I have dietary restrictions?
If you have special dietary needs, please contact the Registration Team at chosenvessels.retreat@gmail.com or at the Women’s Retreat table so that we can accommodate your needs.
