The Vision of New Samaritan Baptist Church, led by Bishop Michael V Kelsey Sr., is to be a leading ministry in the Washington Metropolitan Area that models the compassion of Christ, communicates the truth of God’s Word, and equips people to actively participate in the plan of God for their lives.

With more than 500 active members, NSBC has impacted and served a number of it's members and local communities through outreach programs, engagement and biblically based Christian education and programming.
